Benjamin Franklin once said, “Without continual growth and progress, such words as improvement, achievement, and success have no meaning”. With these words in mind, the re-launch of the Public Relations Institute of Southern Africa’s (PRISA) vision and mission was a befitting exercise to take the Institute beyond its 2017 Diamond Jubilee celebration.
It was also an honour for the Limpopo Region to be the first to host the PRISA President, Thabisile Phumo, APR, on her journey to take PRISA to the next level. Public relations and communication management professionals gathered on Friday evening 18 November at Polokwane Royal Hotel for a networking session with the President.
PRISA’s new family members
By Kagiso Molatedi
As PRISA’s CPD Regional Coordinator, I would like to welcome the new Regional Chairmen to our PRISA family:
I am looking forward to your commitment and working with all of you to make your Regions an ultimate success. Your teamwork and commitment to regional projects would be greatly appreciated.
Also, I would like to thank our former Regional chairmen, and show my heartfelt gratitude for their hard work, dedication and passion for PRISA and their region. Your region wouldn’t be what it is today without all your efforts.
