Holidays are a time to spend with family and friends, or even to take a Sho’t Left. This is also the time for the Public Relations Institute of Southern Africa (PRISA) to take stock of the year 2018 that was.

The organisation successfully navigated fiercest stormy waters in its 61st year history. Charles Dickens sums up the year for PRISA in A Tale of Two Cities by saying “I see a beautiful City and a brilliant people rising from this abyss.”

The Institute’s recognition by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) as the trusted professional body for public relations and communication management was a further confidence booster.

A big Thank You to the Board of Directors, management, staff and all the members for reigniting the organisation. Our stakeholders can also expect more strategic engagements, relationships and partnerships going forward.
