Botswana’s Department of Tertiary Education Financing Staff hit the ground running in 2019!

Congratulations to Dtef staff who have gained PRISA membership upon registering and recent completion of Professional Development Programme in Public Relations Practice training.

Whilst most people were finishing their festive holidays, the Dtef staff Mr. Mothusi Ntikile – Principal Publicity Officer  head of Publicity Department and Ms. Neo Isaacs – Publicity Officer, found themselves behind the desk as early as second week of January 2019. 

The Dtef duo was faced with a daunting two weeks of intensive Public Relations Practice training hosted and facilitated by PRISA’s Mr. Victor Sibeko.

Mr. Ntikile heads Dtef which provide sustainable and transparent financial support for equitable acquisition of Tertiary Education and training to all qualifying post secondary citizen. Financial support is done through sponsorships that are wholly funded by Botswana Government and cater for both tuition and maintenance costs as determined by the Government from time to time.

The Public Relations Practice training offered a wonderful challenge with a fulfilling theoretical and applied / practical rewarding experience meant to assist the duo up their game in all aspects of their Publicity department initiatives centered around Public Relations and Communication management application.
